How to Download Instagram Reels on iPhone (2026, No App)

iOS doesn't let apps save Instagram Reels directly, and there's no download button in Instagram — but you can still save any public reel to your iPhone in seconds, straight from Safari, with no app and no watermark. Download a reel on iPhone (3 steps)
- Copy the reel link. In Instagram, tap the paper-plane/share icon under the reel and choose Copy link.

Where the download goes on iPhone
